Ingredients
- 1,6 kg Goldeneye Potatoes
- 120 g butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ cup grated parmesian
- ½ cup parsley
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process
- Peal potatoes. Boil for 20 minutes or until soft.
- Mash potatoes
- Melt butter on pan on medium heat. When melted, add garlic. Then add potatoes, parmesan cheese and parsley. Add milk and cream and mix.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
