Ingredients

  • 1,6 kg Goldeneye Potatoes
  • 120 g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup grated parmesian
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process

  1. Peal potatoes. Boil for 20 minutes or until soft.
  2. Mash potatoes
  3. Melt butter on pan on medium heat. When melted, add garlic. Then add potatoes, parmesan cheese and parsley. Add milk and cream and mix.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
